Energy Efficiency Assessment & Trust Fund - Grants Available Now!

Public housing authorities, local governments, and nonprofit property managers serving residents in rental assistance or subsidized housing programs are eligible to apply for two new energy efficiency funding opportunities!

The Energy Efficiency Assessment Program provides $5,000 to $60,000 for assessments that identify cost-saving upgrades. Applicants that complete an assessment may then qualify for additional funding through the Energy Efficiency Trust Fund, which offers $50,000 to $1 million for improvements such as insulation, window replacement, HVAC retrofits, water heating systems, lighting upgrades and high-efficiency appliances in properties with up to 40 units.
