The Resilient Energy for Wastewater Infrastructure (REWI) Grant supports solar and battery storage projects at publicly owned wastewater treatment plants in Illinois. Applicants must register in the Grant Accountability and Transparency Act (GATA) portal before applying.
Awards range from $200,000 to $2 million! The application deadline is April 30, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. CST.
